As of March 2021, according to StatCounter, Firefox has 8.17% usage share as a 'desktop' web browser, making it the third-most popular web browser after Google Chrome (66.47%) and Safari (10.27%), its usage share across all platforms is lower at 3.76% (third-most popular after Google Chrome with 63.59% and Safari with 19.14%). The Firefox's UI/UX team just seems to operate under the idea that infrequently used UI/UX elements need to be culled, when really they should be having conversations about WHY that UI/UX element isn't being used, and what is the cost of not having it all. For example, maybe the element is just in a not great spot, or maybe it's not clear what.
Firefox 88 can be downloaded for Windows, macOS, and Linux from Mozilla's site. Because Firefox updates in the background, most users can relaunch the browser to install the latest version.

App Notes
The beta release will install alongside a standard Firefox Portable install in a FirefoxPortableTest directory. Note that PortableApps.com will release one version for each major version (example: 78b1 but not 78b2). For updates within each major release, use the internal updater.
